AiSED, Asia e University and Gaine Academy Sign Landmark MoA to Launch AiSED International Conference 2026

Subang Jaya, Selangor | 30 June 2026 – The Asia Institute of Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Diplomacy (AiSED), Asia e University (AeU) and Gaine Academy today signed a landmark Memorandum of Agreement (MoA), formalising a strategic collaboration to jointly organise the AiSED International Conference 2026, one of the region’s premier international conferences dedicated to Artificial Intelligence (AI), sustainability, entrepreneurship and diplomacy.


The MoA signing ceremony also marked the official launch of the AiSED International Conference 2026, which will be held from 2 to 4 December 2026 at the Shah Alam Convention Centre (SACC), Selangor, Malaysia.

The conference will be held under the distinguished patronage of Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Raja Muda Selangor, Patron of AiSED, underscoring the significance of responsible innovation, educational excellence and sustainable development in shaping the future.


Carrying the theme, “Harnessing AI, Empowering Innovation, Advancing Sustainable Futures Through Entrepreneurship and Diplomacy,” the conference is expected to bring together participants from Malaysia and abroad, including policymakers, diplomats, academics, researchers, entrepreneurs, business leaders, government representatives, industry professionals and postgraduate students.


Speaking at the launch, Prof. Dato’ Dr. Nik Maheran Nik Muhammad, Conference Chair of the AiSED International Conference 2026, described the occasion as a meaningful milestone built on trust, collaboration and shared purpose among the three organisations.




 “The AiSED Conference is more than just an academic gathering. It is a platform to bring together scholars, industry leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, diplomats and change-makers from across the region and beyond,” said Prof. Dato’ Dr. Nik Maheran.


She added that the conference comes at a critical time when the world is facing unprecedented challenges, from sustainability and climate concerns to rapid technological transformation and evolving geopolitical realities.

Highlighting the strength of the partnership, Prof. Dato’ Dr. Nik Maheran said the collaboration between AiSED, AeU and Gaine Academy reflects a shared commitment to advancing knowledge, nurturing talent and creating impact across communities, industries and nations.


The three-day conference will feature keynote addresses by internationally renowned speakers, plenary sessions, expert forums, academic paper presentations, workshops, roundtable discussions, strategic networking sessions and collaboration meetings. A charityGala Dinner and Awards Presentation will conclude the conference, recognising outstanding contributions in research, innovation and strategic partnerships.


The conference will also provide publication opportunities for selected papers in internationally recognised journals, including SCOPUS and MyCITE-indexed publications, further strengthening its academic and research impact.

Beyond academic excellence, the conference aims to serve as a catalyst for cross-sector collaboration by bringing together government, academia, industry and international organisations to explore how AI can be harnessed responsibly to accelerate innovation, strengthen entrepreneurship ecosystems and advance sustainable development.
