NAKHON NAYOK – The AiSED Regional Secretariat, acting as the secretariat for the Diplomatic Council DCISE, is proud to announce the official inauguration of the new Diplomatic Council Pavilion. The ceremony took place on December 12, 2024, at the Chaipattanna Foundation’s Suda Denpeun Training & Accommodation Centre.
The pavilion was officially inaugurated by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, marking a significant milestone in regional diplomatic and social collaboration. This facility was made possible through the generous contributions raised during the Ambassadors’ Ball 2024, reflecting the Diplomatic Council’s commitment to impactful local initiatives.
Distinguished Representation and Collaboration
Representing the Diplomatic Council at this prestigious event were several esteemed leaders:
H.E. Mrs. Nongnuth Phetcharatana, Member of the Board of Presidents.
Dato’ Steve Cheah (Dato' Stephen Cheah), Head of Mission and Founder/Chairman of AiSED.
H.E. Mr. Arthur Dmochowska and Mrs. Monika Dmochowska, Advisors.
The Secretariat extends its deepest appreciation to Dr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Secretary General of the Chaipattanna Foundation, for his steadfast support in bringing this project to fruition. We also recognize the instrumental leadership of H.E. Dato Jojie Samuel (Dean of the Diplomatic Corps Thailand), H.E. Paolo Dionisi (Chairman of the Ambassadors’ Ball 2024 Organizing Committee), and Ms. Ulpiana Lama.
A Future Focused on SDGs and Entrepreneurship
Beyond the physical structure of the pavilion, this event reinforces a long-term strategic partnership. The Diplomatic Council and AiSED (as the Regional Secretariat to the Southeast Asia Chapter of the UNESCO Entrepreneurship Education Network) are committed to working closely with the Chaipattanna Foundation on:
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) focusing on youth development.
Entrepreneurship Education across the region.
Global Networking, leveraging the expertise of GEN Thailand, UNESCO EE-Net, and UNESCO INRULED.
The new pavilion will serve as a vital hub for training and development, embodying the mission of AiSED and its partners to foster community growth and educational excellence.
The Asia Institute of Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Diplomacy (AiSED) serves as the Secretariat of Diplomatic Council DCISE and strategic decision-maker for regional initiatives. Under the leadership of Founder & Chairman Dato’ Steve Cheah, AiSED coordinates high-level diplomatic and entrepreneurial programs aimed at regional harmonization and localization.
